The founder is named and the legal entities are publicly described. Ondo says the SEC closed a multi-year confidential investigation in late 2025 without charges, and the notes show no regulator warnings or lawsuits. Weaker points: the official sources reviewed don't clearly show full tokenomics or total funds raised, and Reddit users often question what the token itself is for.
