Well-funded, Bahrain-licensed Rain company, but RAIN token disclosures are thin and insider concerns exist
Research on "Rain" mixes two things: a stablecoin payments/card company (rain.xyz) and a RAIN token linked to a prediction-market protocol. Rain says it raised a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, and its Bahrain entity states it is licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain. For the token, the notes found no official tokenomics page. Crypto.news reported that on-chain investigator ZachXBT and a trader raised insider-concentration concerns. No regulator warning or lawsuit naming Rain was found. Price and unlock figures across sources conflict, so treat the token data cautiously.
