What is VaultX?
VaultX is a professional crypto asset management platform. It lets you hold, swap, and earn on crypto assets, with an optional arbitrage trading program for approved institutional traders.
Is VaultX regulated?
VaultX operates under applicable financial regulations in its jurisdiction. We implement AML/KYC procedures and follow industry best practices for asset custody and client protection.
How are my funds kept safe?
Client assets are held in segregated wallets. We use multi-signature cold storage for the majority of funds, with only a small operational float in hot wallets for withdrawals.
What are the fees?
Swaps: 0.25% conversion fee. Withdrawals: network fees vary by asset (shown at checkout). Earn plans: no fees — the stated APY is what you receive. Arbitrage: no platform fee; trading spreads apply.
How fast are withdrawals processed?
Most withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. Large withdrawals or first-time addresses may take longer for security review. Urgent withdrawals can be escalated via support.
Can I have multiple wallets for the same asset?
Each account has one wallet per supported asset. All deposits to your wallet address are credited to that asset balance.
What happens if I send the wrong crypto to a wallet address?
Always send the correct asset to each address. Sending the wrong asset (e.g. ERC-20 token to a BTC address) may result in permanent loss. VaultX cannot recover incorrectly sent funds.
How do I contact VaultX support?
Open a support ticket via the Support page inside your account. Our team responds within 5 minutes during business hours, and within 2 hours outside business hours.
Is there a minimum deposit?
There is no minimum deposit. However, very small deposits may not cover withdrawal fees when you want to move funds out.
How does the referral or earn program work?
Visit the Earn page inside your account to see current interest plans and rates. Interest is paid daily in the same asset deposited.
Can I use VaultX from any country?
VaultX is available in most countries. We do not serve residents of OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions. Check our Terms of Service for the full list of excluded regions.
How do I close my account?
Contact support to initiate account closure. All funds must be withdrawn before closure can be completed. Account data is retained per our data retention policy.
