How do I deposit crypto?
Go to Wallet → select your asset → click Deposit. Copy the wallet address and send from your external wallet. Deposits are credited after network confirmation (usually 10–30 min).
How do I withdraw funds?
Go to Wallet → select the asset → click Withdraw. Enter the destination address and amount. Withdrawals are reviewed by our team and processed within 1–24 hours.
Why is my balance not showing?
Deposits require blockchain confirmations. BTC needs 2 confirmations (~20 min), ETH/ERC-20 need 12 (~3 min), SOL needs 1 (~1 sec). If it's been over an hour, contact support with your transaction hash.

How does the swap feature work?
VaultX converts between crypto assets at live market rates. Enter the amount you want to swap, review the rate, and confirm. Swaps are processed by our trading desk and typically complete within minutes.
Are there swap fees?
VaultX charges a 0.25% conversion fee on all swaps. The exact fee is shown before you confirm the swap.
Why was my swap rate different from the preview?
Crypto prices change in real time. The final rate is locked at execution. For large swaps, rates may differ slightly due to market movement between preview and execution.
How do I get arbitrage access?
Submit an application on the Arbitrage page. Our team reviews applications within 24–48 hours. Approved traders unlock leverage trading across multiple pairs.
What leverage is available?
Approved traders can use 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, or 10x leverage on BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, SOL/USDT, and BNB/USDT.
How are positions closed?
You can manually close any open position from the Arbitrage page. PnL is calculated against the current market price at close. Profits are credited to your USDT wallet.
How do I secure my account?
Use a strong, unique password. Never share your login credentials. VaultX staff will never ask for your password. Enable email notifications to monitor account activity.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How does KYC verification work?
VaultX may require identity verification for large withdrawals or trading limits. Submit documents via the profile settings. Verification typically completes within 1 business day.
Why was my withdrawal held?
Withdrawals may be held for security review, KYC completion, or if suspicious activity is detected. Contact support with your ticket number for status updates.
How does the Earn program work?
Deposit eligible assets into an Earn plan to receive daily interest. Interest is credited to your wallet every 24 hours. You can exit plans at any time.
